Option 2: Horst Insurance CSR/24 Online System
Horst Insurance provides extensive online services for Clients. The CSR/24 System allows you to report to the Agency any claims that have occurred. Click here to login and navigate to the “Manage My Claims” section. If you do not have access to this system, please proceed to Option 3.
Option 3: Horst Insurance Telephone Reporting
Your Account Manager or Account Representative is available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern Time, to assist you with claims. If the above options do not work for your particular need, please contact your team member.
